Making you laugh while I emotionally gut you.
I write genre-blended, raw, and emotional stories by and about misfits—from third culture kids to panicky bisexuals—who are looking for family.
You found it.
If you’ve ever cried during a romcom and a revolution, welcome home.
I’m Sophia! I was born in NYC, graduated from Harvard at 20, and worked as as a film and TV actor, where I became the world’s first iPod silhouette model.
Then I vanished into obscurity and did what any unemployable artist would: life coaching, wedding choreographing, pitbull fostering...then topped it all off by losing my eyesight and mobility to the rare chronic illness MOGAD (a crappy disease similar to MS). Because I’m just an overachiever like that.
These days, I write genre-fluid, emotionally raw stories about misfits searching for found family—while laughing and loving through the worst of it.
I’m a LitUp Fellow through Reese’s Book Club and represented by Holly Root at Root Literary.
